ABOUT CITY COLLECTIVE

City Collective is an emerging family of churches with a passion to join God in the renewal of our cities. Birthed out of Trinity Grace Church in New York City, City Collective's leading voices are church planting practitioners with a heart to equip others to reach their cities.

Our aim is to resource leaders and churches to advance Jesus' mission in the cities of the world. We seek to do that through various mediums such as the journal content on this site, one or two-day gatherings of various sizes, and coaching in smaller learning communities we call Leadership Collectives. Our hope is to provide church planters and pastors with the tools and relationships they need to realize their calling in their given contexts.

Billy Patterson

Billy Patterson and his wife Kelly have spent 25 years doing ministry together in Russia, Kyrgyzstan, and more recently in Rome and New York City. While leading Trinity Grace Church Upper West Side in New York, Billy experienced a growing heart to work with pastors around the world to see the church flourish in cities. Over the last couple years, Billy has shifted to spending the majority of his time giving legs to City Collective by traveling to other cities and developing relationships. Billy and Jon have been doing ministry together for most of the last fifteen years. The Pattersons have four sons: Will, Caleb, Coleman, and Wesley.
